Terms of Use
Last updated 5 June 2026
These terms of use govern your access to and use of the Sydney Conveyancers website. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About this service
Sydney Conveyancers is a lead generation and referral service. We connect property buyers and sellers with licensed conveyancers and solicitors in our network. Sydney Conveyancers is not a law firm or a licensed conveyancing practice, does not hold a practising certificate or conveyancer's licence, and does not provide legal or conveyancing services or advice. All conveyancing work and advice is provided by the independent licensed conveyancer or solicitor we connect you with.
No client relationship with this site
Using this website or submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship between you and Sydney Conveyancers. A client relationship is formed only when you separately engage an independent licensed conveyancer or solicitor, on that firm's own terms of engagement. Any advice, fixed-fee quote, costs disclosure and retainer is a matter between you and that conveyancer or solicitor.
Information only, not legal advice
Information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute legal advice. It does not take into account your individual circumstances. Property law in NSW is complex and changes over time, and figures such as transfer duty rates, concessions and grant amounts can change. Obtain advice from a qualified licensed conveyancer or solicitor about your specific situation before acting on anything you read here.
Referrals and third parties
The licensed conveyancers and solicitors we refer you to are independent third parties. We do not control, supervise, or take responsibility for the advice, conduct, fees, timing, or outcomes of any conveyancer or solicitor you engage. We make no representation that any particular conveyancer or solicitor is suitable for your matter, and any decision to engage one is yours.
Acceptable use

To the extent permitted by law, Sydney Conveyancers excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, your reliance on any information on it, or your dealings with any conveyancer or solicitor we connect you with.
